Job Description Our client is a leading provider of personalized traffic information for drivers coast-to-coast. They provide a popular Web site to commuters that allows for the set up of daily drives with alerting services delivered to our users by phone or email. Their services also include an automated toll free traffic hotline, SMS text traffic updates as well as a mobile Web (WAP) site. Our client is currently looking for a Software Developer in Wayne, PA. Job Responsibilities: - Performs analysis, design and development of software products, utilizing object-oriented, Internet, Java, C++, C#, Microsoft .NET, and other technologies. - Perform analysis, design and development of software products. - Provide guidance to less senior members of the team. - Estimation of task duration as inputs to schedule planning. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent. - At least three years experience in software development. - At least one year of experience with Java/C++/C#. - Java programming experience including J2EE (EJB, Servlets, JSP, JMS, JNDI, JMX), JDBC, Java IO, and Java concurrency. - Experience with XML, Windows, Linux/Unix, OO and J2EE design patterns. - Additional tools and languages are: WAP, WML, J2ME, Brew, and previous wireless application development experience.
